Our Primary Education Program (Year 1–6) provides a nurturing foundation in literacy, numeracy, and science. It is designed to help refugee children build confidence, communication skills, and academic readiness in a safe environment. We support refugee children in developing strong academic and life skills at every stage. Our curriculum is tailored to suit the needs of students with varied educational backgrounds, and we focus on making learning joyful, meaningful, and growth-oriented.

We focus on hands-on learning, emotional support, and active student engagement. Our lessons are supported by books and activity-based materials to help students understand concepts in fun and meaningful ways. We recognize that many of our students come from disrupted educational backgrounds. That’s why our teaching is guided by patience, creativity, and empathy.
We don’t just teach—we rebuild confidence, restore joy in learning, and inspire dreams.
In these early years, we focus on building strong foundations in language, numbers, and classroom behaviour. Children learn to recognise and write letters and numbers, develop phonics skills, and begin forming simple sentences. Learning is joyful and interactive, with songs, games, storytelling, tracing, and drawing. Helping children gain confidence and develop essential motor and communication skills in a caring and structured environment.
As students grow, they begin to read with understanding, write in paragraphs, and expand their vocabulary. Maths becomes more detailed with topics like multiplication, division, time, and money, while science introduces engaging subjects like plants and the human body. Students also participate in group work, presentations, and class discussions that help build their independence, teamwork, and critical thinking.
In the upper years, students develop advanced reading and writing skills, solve complex maths problems, and conduct science experiments and small research projects. They are introduced to tools like Kahoot and other learning games to make lessons more interactive and exciting. At this stage, we focus on building responsibility, leadership, and academic readiness for secondary school.
